AMSUITE welcomes positive and critical product reviews alike. Your rating does not affect support or product access.
Eligibility and publication
Signed-in customers with current verified product access can maintain one editable review per product. Bundle members qualify individually. Free access is labelled separately from paid ownership; test purchases do not qualify. Reviews await policy moderation before appearing publicly. Averages include all currently eligible published reviews, including one-star reviews.
What we moderate
We may reject spam, fraudulent submissions, harassment, unlawful material, personal information disclosure or clearly irrelevant content. We record the reason. Criticism, low ratings and disagreement with AMSUITE are not reasons for rejection. Reports trigger investigation and do not automatically hide a review.
Your words and identity
Your chosen display name, rating, review and submission/edit dates may appear publicly with an ownership label and an official response. Account email, licence keys, order identifiers and private feedback are not public. Keep contact details and sensitive information out of your review. Editing returns a review to moderation; withdrawing removes it from public display.
Testimonials and private feedback
Private feedback is separate from reviews. Promotional use requires your explicit permission for the exact quote, attribution and selected surfaces. You can withdraw that permission in My AMSUITE. Online quotations then disappear; contact support about any previously distributed marketing material.
