Scope and contact

This policy explains how AMSUITE handles information in connection with AMSUITE.PRO and product support. Contact admin@amsuite.pro in New South Wales, Australia, for privacy matters. Only provide information needed for the service you request.

Website access and support

Website infrastructure can process IP addresses, request times, browser information and security/error logs to deliver pages, diagnose problems and protect the service. No advertising analytics or marketing-tracking service is currently enabled on this storefront. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments, together with information you choose to provide about your setup. Please remove personal or confidential project material from examples unless it is needed to investigate the problem.

Orders and licensing when available

Purchasing, customer accounts, online activation and public installer delivery are not currently active. When used in future, those services may require name/contact details, order and payment references, product entitlements, download records and licence/activation identifiers. We will explain required fields and applicable providers when those services open. Payment details should be entered only through the identified payment process, never in a support email. We do not currently claim to receive card data or operate an activation database.

Purposes and recipients

We use information to provide the requested service, respond to support, investigate security issues, maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process information on our behalf where needed for email, hosting, security or, once introduced, payments and fulfilment. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or to protect lawful rights. We restrict disclosures to what is relevant to the purpose.

Cookies and future changes

This storefront does not currently use advertising cookies. If optional analytics or other tracking is introduced, we will explain its purposes and choices before enabling it where required. Necessary session technologies for a service will be described when that service is introduced. Blocking necessary cookies may affect that service; it does not affect your statutory rights.

International processing

Email and infrastructure providers may process information outside Australia. No payment or licensing provider is identified as active by this policy. Before introducing a service that adds overseas handling, we will identify the relevant providers and countries where practicable and apply the safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us for information about handling connected with your particular enquiry.

Retention and security

We retain information only for the service, legitimate recordkeeping, dispute handling and legal obligations for which it is needed. We remove or de-identify information when it is no longer required, subject to records that must legally be retained. We use reasonable access and security controls appropriate to the information. No online system can promise absolute security. If an incident occurs, we will assess it and give any notifications required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, or raise a privacy complaint by email. We may verify identity before releasing information. We will consider the request and explain any lawful refusal and available complaint options. If dissatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where it has jurisdiction. This policy does not imply that every Privacy Act provision necessarily applies to every small business activity.

Policy changes

We will date material policy updates and explain relevant changes when a new service collects information. An update does not retrospectively authorise an unrelated use of previously collected information without any consent or notice required by law.
