Terms of Sale and Service
Policy version 1.0 · Effective 3 October 2026
AMSUITE.PRO · New South Wales, Australia · admin@amsuite.pro
Scope and availability
These terms govern digital audio-software orders and related website services offered by AMSUITE. The software licence is set out in the EULA. Purchasing and public installer delivery are not currently open. A product marked Available identifies its current software format; it does not mean checkout or download delivery is active.
Prices and orders
Prices are in Australian dollars. The total payable, including any applicable taxes and unavoidable charges, must be shown before an order is submitted. Standard prices are the intended retail prices after introductory pricing. Introductory pricing runs for three calendar months from the actual public commercial launch date. The launch date has not been set. Free products remain free.
When ordering becomes available, use accurate contact and billing information and an authorised payment method. Payment processing and delivery details will be identified in the order process. An automated receipt of an order request is not acceptance unless it expressly confirms acceptance. AMSUITE accepts an order when it confirms the order and the software entitlement. If an order cannot be accepted, any amount collected for it will be returned. An obvious pricing error will be referred to you for agreement or cancellation; it will not authorise a higher charge without your consent.
Digital delivery and licences
Orders are for a licence to use software, not ownership of its copyright. Accepted orders will be supplied by the digital delivery method described at purchase. Keep the receipt and delivery email. Contact us if delivery fails or the supplied files do not match the order. No physical shipment is included unless expressly stated.
Your responsibilities
Check the published operating system, architecture, plugin format and host requirements before ordering. Provide a working email address, protect any access credentials and keep backups of projects and presets. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, use another person's payment details without permission, or distribute restricted software or access credentials. These responsibilities do not remove rights arising from inaccurate descriptions or defective software.
Intellectual property, updates and support
AMSUITE retains its rights in the software, website and original documentation. Customer-created music, audio and MIDI remain the customer's work as explained in the EULA. Updates may correct defects or improve compatibility; a purchase does not promise all future paid products, operating systems or major upgrades. An update cannot remove statutory remedies. Support is available under the Support Policy.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, technical faults and third-party outages can interrupt online services. Report an interruption affecting an order so we can help. These terms do not promise uninterrupted services or remove our responsibility to supply an accepted order. Material changes to these terms apply to future orders; they do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Australian Consumer Law guarantees and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply. The Refund Policy explains how to request a remedy. Nothing here limits liability or compensation that cannot legally be limited. For other claims, responsibility is determined under applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of loss or a mandatory waiver of legal rights.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia, without removing mandatory protections available to you elsewhere. You may use any court, tribunal or complaint process available under applicable law. Contact admin@amsuite.pro about an order or service issue.
