Licence, Activation and Reinstallation Policy

Your entitlement

A lawful licence permits the use described in the EULA. It is associated with its rightful holder, not a transferable pool of shared credentials. FORGE and KINETIC are free products; no paid tier or introductory discount applies to them.

Activation framework

An online activation service is not currently active. This policy does not specify an unapproved machine limit, promise offline activation or claim a licence-key system already exists. Any future activation requirement and machine limit must be clearly disclosed before the relevant purchase or supply. Technical enforcement must reflect those disclosed terms and must not retrospectively reduce existing rights.

Reinstallation and moving computers

Keep your receipt, user presets, projects and a permitted backup of the installer. Reinstallation does not itself require purchasing the same licence again. On a replacement computer, install the compatible authorised release and restore your own presets and projects. If a future activation system requires releasing an old device and that device is unavailable, contact support for ownership verification and assistance. No current self-service deactivation process is implied.

Lost access

Email admin@amsuite.pro with the purchase email, product and available order reference. Do not publish licence details or send passwords. We may request reasonable evidence of ownership before restoring restricted access. If your email changes, retain enough order information to establish the connection.

Sharing, refunds and revocation

Do not share protected downloads, access credentials or activations to supply unlicensed users. Any revocation for material misuse follows the EULA's notice and remedy principles, subject to proportionate action against fraud. When an order is refunded and its licence cancelled, stop using that licence and remove its installations. Your own music and projects remain yours. A disputed transaction or support request alone does not justify cancelling unrelated legitimate entitlements. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
