Support Policy
Policy version 1.0 · Effective 3 October 2026

Contact and information
Email admin@amsuite.pro. Include the product, version/build, macOS version, Apple silicon model, host/version, sample rate and reproducible steps. Describe expected and actual behaviour. Screenshots and a small non-confidential example can help. Do not send passwords, full payment details or licence keys.
What support covers
We assist with installation, documented controls, reproducible bugs, published compatibility, and entitlement/download problems when those services are available. We may ask you to test with the latest supported release or a minimal host project. Keep a backup before updates. A request to update does not remove a remedy for an earlier defective purchase.
Compatibility and modifications
Current products are macOS AUv2 for Apple silicon; macOS and Windows VST3 are future formats. The published minimum OS is not a promise that every host/OS combination has been tested. Host routing and delay compensation matter for products with extra buses or latency. We cannot maintain unofficially modified binaries or unsupported host workarounds, but will help distinguish those issues from a product defect.
Response and bug reports
We review enquiries and prioritise issues affecting access, data or core operation. There is no guaranteed response-time service level. Send follow-up information in the same email thread. A useful bug report identifies the smallest repeatable sequence and whether the issue happens in a new project. Feature requests are welcome but do not constitute a promise of implementation or release timing.
Access and remedies
For a lost receipt or download issue, supply the purchase email and order reference if available. We may need to verify ownership. Public downloads and purchasing are currently preparing. For defective software or purchase remedies, see the Refund Policy; a support process does not replace statutory rights.
