End User Licence Agreement

Licence grant
AMSUITE grants the lawful licence holder a non-exclusive licence to install and use the supplied software for personal and commercial music, audio and MIDI production, subject to this agreement. A licence is permission to use the software; copyright and other ownership rights in the software are not transferred. Free software is also licensed under these terms unless its distribution expressly states otherwise.
Installation and activation
Install the software on computers you own or control for your own authorised production work. Do not share a licence as a substitute for separate users obtaining their own licences. Any machine or concurrent-use limit must be disclosed before purchase or supply and recorded with the entitlement; this agreement does not invent an undisclosed numerical limit. No online activation service is currently offered. If activation is introduced, its requirements and relevant privacy information will be supplied before it is required. Existing rights are not reduced retrospectively by an undisclosed technical limit. See licences and reinstallation.
Your music, projects and presets
AMSUITE does not claim ownership of music, audio, MIDI, projects or original user presets you create using the software. You may commercially release and distribute your creative output without an additional AMSUITE royalty. This permission does not transfer ownership of third-party samples or other material you import; you remain responsible for the rights needed for that material. You may share your original preset settings, but may not use a preset file to redistribute protected factory assets independently of the software.
Ownership and restrictions
The software, supplied factory content, artwork and documentation remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights. Do not redistribute the installer or software, rent it, sublicense it, sell unauthorised copies or publish credentials that allow others to use your entitlement. Contact AMSUITE before transferring a licence to another user. Statutory transfer rights, if any, are unaffected.
Do not circumvent lawful access controls, remove ownership notices, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software except where applicable law permits this despite a contractual restriction. Nothing here limits statutory exceptions or rights granted by a separately identified third-party licence.
Updates, compatibility and support
Use the published requirements for the specific release. Keep backups before updates. Updates to an existing product remain covered by this agreement unless a separately identified agreement applies without reducing accrued rights. No particular future feature, new plugin format or operating-system support is promised. Support is described in the Support Policy.
Material breach and termination
For a material breach, AMSUITE may give written notice identifying the breach and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it where it can be remedied. If it remains unremedied, or cannot reasonably be remedied, AMSUITE may terminate the affected licence. Immediate proportionate measures may be taken against proven fraud or unauthorised distribution, with an explanation and a contact route to challenge an error. Termination does not take ownership of your creative output. When a licence lawfully ends, stop using and remove the affected software; keep your own projects and rendered work.
Statutory rights, warranty and liability
Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law and other non-excludable rights remain in force. A licence label or termination provision does not remove a statutory refund, replacement, repair or compensation right. This agreement gives no guarantee that every possible third-party host or future operating system is compatible; published claims about supported configurations still apply. Liability is determined under applicable law, and no provision excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Law and contact
New South Wales and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia govern this agreement, subject to mandatory protections elsewhere. No exclusive forum prevents access to a legally available court or tribunal. Contact admin@amsuite.pro for licence questions or remedies.
